Payment
Once you have completed your registration you will receive an email confirmation from which you can print off your invoice/receipt. Please remember to download/print off your invoice. If you request to be invoiced, we need immediate payment. All payments must be paid before the event.

VAT

All delegate fees will have 20% UK VAT added. All delegates are required to pay UK VAT regardless of their country of booking.

Purchase orders
If your company uses Purchase Order numbers please supply at the time of booking as failure to do so may cause problems with your booking.

Registration confirmation
The dispatch of the email registration confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract. If you have not received a confirmation email 7 working days after submission of your booking, please contact Nicola Gardiner at nicolagardiner@amecorg.com as there may be a problem with your booking. AMEC are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. AMEC reserves the right to decline any booking. AMEC reserves the right to vary the contact, timing, location and/or speakers of the Summit and as such accept no liability for variations.

Cancellation and refund policy
A substitute delegate can always be nominated. No shows do not qualify as cancellations and no refunds will be made for no shows. Please note that if you book using credit card or invoice method that is confirmation of your attendance. and the policy still applies. Payment must be immediate and before the event. Your registration is at risk of being cancelled until payment is confirmed.

Delegate list
By registering for the event you agree to be included in the official attendee list which may be supplied to delegates, sponsors and exhibitors before and after the event. Please note you may be contacted by these parties. Your name, position, organisation, state, country and email address may be included in this list. The delegate details will be used to provide delegates with updates about the event and also to share messages from our sponsors.
